Frequently asked questions

From your first idea to the build: answers about planning, Pro, AI credits and finding people for your project.

Pricing & AI credits

Pro costs €39.00 once. It includes unlimited objects per plan, 360° video and GIF export, the Pro build checklist and AI access with 20 included requests (credits). It is not a subscription: there are no monthly or annual Pro fees.

No. The 20 included requests are a one-time balance, not a monthly allowance. They do not renew automatically. There are no automatic top-ups or automatic follow-up charges.

AI becomes unavailable until you choose to buy another pack. Your other Pro features stay unlocked: planning, 2D, 3D and exports still work. Nothing is topped up or charged without a new purchase you make yourself.
